Chanel
Chanel, an avid tea enthusiast and Peekskill native is fueled by a passion to serve Peekskill & beyond. She’s dedicated more than 5 years developing the Peekskill Boba brand — our storefront, aesthetics, concepts, menu, etc. — you name it, she is the creative force behind it all.
Beyond boba, Chanel enjoys art, music, spending time in nature, and trying new cuisines.
Chanel's favorite beverage: Currently a passionfruit green tea with aloe vera chunks and crystal boba — changes often
Jennifer
Jennifer joined the Peekskill Boba family 2024. A Peekskill native and 2024 Peekskill High School grad, Jennifer is a sweet, soft-spoken, detail-oriented barista who handcrafts every drink with attention & care.
Beyond boba, Jennifer enjoys family-time, traveling, and studying graphic design.
Jessica's favorite: Sakura rose milk tea with tapioca pearls and cheese foam.
Jon
Jon joined Peekskill Boba 2024. Jon is a diligent leader. He is sometimes seen as a barista, cashier, dishwasher, ingredient prep — or a little bit of it all. His upbeat attitude and English-Spanish bilingual skills make him a favorite of Peekskill Boba customers. Beyond boba, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and cooking.

Hannah
We welcomed Hannah to Peekskill Boba this year! Hannah is a 2016 Peekskill High School grad and has called Peekskill home since 2007. Hannah enjoys family-time, candle-making, and cooking.
Hannah’s favorite: Strawberry Tea Cheese Foam w/ raspberry pearls
Lydia
We welcomed Lydia to Peekskill Boba this year! Lydia is a 2014 Peekskill High School graduate & has called Peekskill home since 2007. Lydia enjoys hiking, dancing, and traveling
